Frequently asked

Is the quote really free?
Yes, visit and pricing included, within 25 miles of Bristol. Beyond that we charge £75 for the visit, deducted from the job if you go ahead with us.
Can the price go up once work has started?
No, unless you ask for a change yourself. Anything that is our problem — a wall less straight than expected, making good a fixing — stays at our cost.
Will you work in an occupied house?
Yes, that is most of our renovation work. We protect floors and tidy every evening. With windows, no opening is ever left exposed overnight.
How long between signing and fitting?
Three to five weeks depending on the timber and the workshop's load. The date is fixed on the day you sign, not afterwards.
